Automotive Battery FPC is specially designed for power battery packs of new energy vehicles. You can find it in Honflex's factory. It has replaced the traditional bulky copper cables and serves as the "sensory nerve" of the battery management system (BMS), responsible for real-time and accurate collection of voltage and temperature signals from each cell. 1. Customized design with precise etching technology integrates dozens or even hundreds of sampling signal acquisition, temperature monitoring and intelligent current protection (melting) functions onto an ultra-thin single FPC flexible substrate. The unit arrangement is arranged in prismatic, cylindrical or soft package shapes, and fully customized connections are made.
2. It adopts automotive-grade high-performance base materials and laser welding technology. After long-term high-temperature aging, such as 150℃ for 1000 hours and other strict tests, it is more stable and reliable than traditional crimped terminals.

The robotic arm can directly grasp and attach to the battery pack for fully automatic assembly. It has solved various problems of traditional wiring harnesses that rely on manual labor, are inefficient and have low efficiency.
4. With a thickness of only about 0.5 millimeters, it increases the vehicle's driving range. Compared with traditional wiring harnesses, it can save space and reduce the weight of the battery pack.
